Congress leader exposes real face of Indian PM Modi

ISLAMABAD, May 04Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister
Mohammad Ishaq Dar has reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to
regional peace and security while firmly asserting its right to defend
its sovereignty and national interests.

The Deputy Prime Minister held a telephone conversation with Malaysian
Foreign Minister Dato Seri Mohamad Hasan on Sunday, during which he
briefed him on the latest regional developments, particularly India’s
recent provocative actions.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office, Senator Ishaq Dar
categorically rejected India’s baseless allegations, inflammatory
propaganda, and its unilateral decision to suspend the Indus Waters
Treaty.

He termed the move a blatant violation of the treaty’s provisions and
international legal obligations.

In response, Malaysian Foreign Minister Dato Seri Mohamad Hasan
expressed support for Pakistan’s position and called for restraint from
all parties involved.

Both leaders agreed to stay in close contact and continue consultations
as the regional situation unfolds
