ISLAMABAD, Apr 27, A former Indian Corps Commander has openly
questioned India’s military capabilities, admitting that India neither
has the capability nor the capacity to wage war with Pakistan.
Speaking anonymously, the former Indian Corps Commander acknowledged
that India does not possess the technical superiority required to
conduct fearless military operations like the United States does.
“We do not have superiority in missile technology, drones, air, or naval
power that would allow us to conduct war operations without any major
threat,” the former Corps Commander stated.
He further emphasised that war operations are always bilateral and never
unilateral, highlighting that Pakistan would definitely retaliate if
provoked.
Defence experts commenting on the matter said the former Corps
Commander’s confession clearly shows that India is not prepared to face
Pakistan in a full-scale war.
They added that the Corps Commander’s views are grounded in reality,
given his understanding of the operational and strategic ground
realities
